Best-selling author Julie Chrystyn recently celebrated the launch of her new book, The Secret to Life Transformation, with friends at a launch party at Spago Beverly Hills, hosted by Phoenix books. The star-studded event included some of the contributors to the book, including legendary beauty icon José Eber, fellow author Jacqueline Jakes, and music mega-producer David Foster.

Chrystyn’s guide to self-empowerment is the result of interviews and study of hundreds of successful people, identifying the common threads among them and revealing ways to overcome obstacles and provide tools to achieve one’s own desires.

Among the notables in attendance at the literary-centered soirée were multi-talented actress Beverly Sassoon and film producer Robert Shapiro, as well as socialites Carrie Brillstein, Deb Fine, Daphna Ziman, and Bruce Taylor and communications consultant/former TV anchor Wendy Burch.
